Vet Medicines For Less will continue to ship perishables overnight shipping only on orders placed before Monday 11 AM CT and Tuesday 11 AM CT until further notice for all perishables. Same day shipping only on orders placed before Monday 11 AM CT and Tuesday 11 AM CT. Orders placed after Tuesday 11 AM CT will be shipped the following Monday.
As of May 24, 2021, Vet Medicines For Less is only able to guarantee timely delivery or completed delivery on FedEx Standard Overnight product shipments per FedEx reinstatement for money back-guarantee for FedEx Standard Overnight product shipments.
Any other product of expedited shipping (other than FedEx Standard Overnight), all ground, including FedEx smart post will not be reimbursed to you by Vet Medicines For Less for any delayed, damaged, or unable-to-deliver products since FedEx has not reinstated these shipping options to their money back-guarantee. We will continue to fulfill your orders and ship products during this unprecedented period.
FedEx Update May 19, 2021 says effective April 6, 2021 money back-guarantee will be reinstated for select Fed Ex Standard Overnight® Express services for Us domestic.
In order to balance our focus on service and safety, the FedEx money-back guarantee for all other FedEx Express®, and FedEx Ground® services will remain suspended until further notice. The status of money-back guarantee for these FedEx services and additional FedEx services worldwide is being evaluated on an ongoing basis, and our focus remains on continuing to provide the best possible service to our customers during this period of uncertainty.
FedEx has suspended Signature Required for most shipments.
Signature suspension notification to promote the Centers for Disease Control’s guidance on social distancing and do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 across our communities, effective immediately we have temporarily implemented no-contact pickups and deliveries, including temporarily suspending most signature requirements for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground commercial and residential deliveries in the U.S. and Canada. The signature suspension also includes FedEx Freight in the U.S. and those normally required as part of our same-day service. In most cases after making contact with the recipient, the team member will collect the recipient’s first initial and last name and enter “C-19” in place of the signature image. If an adult signature was requested by the shipper, the driver will collect the recipient’s first initial and last name, and then attempt to collect a signature by the recipient using an acceptable stylus or writing instrument, depending on the driver’s device, the driver will enter “C-19" in place of the signature.
When will my order be processed?
Most orders, regardless of shipping method, placed after 11 a.m. Central Time (CT) will be processed the following business day. Currently, we are not able to process orders on Saturday and Sunday.

The Overnight Shipping option is limited to Standard Overnight services only, and excludes First and Priority Overnight services. This means that only business days (Monday-Friday) are used in calculating transit times. Saturday delivery is available in certain, but not all, areas for an additional fee. If Saturday delivery is desired, please call Customer Service at 855-271-3880 to complete your order.

What are the terms and conditions of Vet Medicine for Less's $75 Free Shipping Offer?
vemmon.com offers free shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. Certain items marked free shipping, perishable, drop ship, special order, and orm-d are not included in the $75 total. A handling fee of $1 applies to all orders. Oversize fees are listed on product page. Call for drop ship fees. Express delivery is available upon request. Perishable items can only be shipped overnight. Other restrictions may apply. I've ordered a vaccine or other item that requires a cooler (refrigerated products). What do I need to know?
We recommend all refrigerated products ship via Overnight, using the following guidelines:
I ordered a prescription for my pet. Is it returnable or refundable?
All prescription items are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. Prescription items can only be shipped within the 50 states. Please allow an additional business day for processing of prescription items. If other items are included in the same order as a prescription item, the prescription item will ship separately.
What is an oversized item?
Any item that weighs over 8 pounds is considered an oversized item. Orders containing oversized items will be assessed a $4 oversized fee per item. Orders containing oversized items must ship via ground service. Second day and overnight service is unavailable for oversized items.
What are Dropship items (items shipped directly from the manufacturer) and how are they handled?
Items marked as "Ships directly from manufacturer", must be ordered over the phone with a customer service representative. Shipping costs for drop ship items vary by manufacturer and/or distributors and subject to change.
What is the handling fee?
Effective June 13, 2011, each order processed through vemmon.com will be subject to a $1 handling fee. This fee covers rising fuel costs and will be applied to the shopping cart upon checkout.
